* Addressing a meeting with local people in Residential Areas 9 and 10 of Thuy Khue ward in Tay Ho district, Hanoi, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Tong Thi Phong acknowledged the efforts of local authorities and people in building families of culture, conducting gratitude activities, and providing assistance for the needy.
The two residential areas are home to 571 households. The local residents have strengthened solidarity and actively supported activities of the authorities over the past time.

* On November 12 morning, Vice State President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh attended the great national unity festival in Dong Tam village, Tam Lap commune, Phu Giao district, Binh Duong province. Dong Tam village is home to about 1,800 people of 335 households, including 37 ethnic minority groups, including the Tay, Nung, Khmer, San Chi, and Cao Lan. Ninety percent of them live on farming.
In 2018, the locality mobilized people to follow the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies while promoting the “New-style rural area construction” movement, and so on. Three hundred and twenty five local households met the requirements of the title “family of culture.” One hundred and eight of them were awarded with the title for three consecutive years.
