Special exhibition "Humanity" opens in HCMC

he War Remnants Museum and the Military Logistics Museum co-held an exhibition themed "Humanity" on May 7th in Ho Chi Minh City.
The exhibition featured 87 images, documents and objects that was organized into three themes: the destructive war in North Vietnam conducted by the US Air Force and Navy, the US POWs (prisoners of war) in the Vietnam war, the return of POWs and the normalization of Vietnam - US relations.
The event aims to briefly introduce the army logistics branch's role and mission during the war, especially in implementing humanitarian policies and ensuring logistics for POWs of the US Air Force during their detention in the Northern region of Vietnam.
The exhibition will last till May 31st.
