by law?

The
issue asked by Nguyen Thanh Thai is stipulated in Article 68, "The
prohibited acts in the election campaign", the current Law on Election of
Deputies to the National Assembly and People's Council deputies as follows:
The
first is taking advantage of the election campaign to propaganda contrary to
the Constitution and the law or harm the honor, dignity, prestige, authority,
other legitimate interests of organizations and individuals.
Secondly,
abusing their positions and power to use the mass media during the election
campaign.
Thirdly,
taking advantage of the election campaign for campaign funding, donations from
domestic and foreign organizations and individuals themselves.
Fourthly,
use or promise of money, property donation or material benefits to entice and
bribe voters.
