Nhan Dan - Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh commended the
strong development of Binh Dinh province in recent times, asking the province
to utilise its advantages to make a further breakthrough in development.
The Deputy PM said this at a July 14 working visit with

all the targets by the end of 2015. The average rate of poor households in the
province has been reduced to 2 percent, lower than the national rate of 9

environment and urban lighting in 2014, and divest State capital from other
seven firms.
Deputy PM Ninh required the province to continue easing
difficulties for enterprises while at the same time actively implementing new
