Reactionary portrait: Triều Đại Việt - an anti-Vietnam terrorist group

Recently on some information pages left, there are articles and livestreams of the subject named Ngô Hùng, claiming to be the General of Triều Đại Việt (Vietnamese Dynasty), the name sounds very Vietnamese, but actually hangs “the goat's head but dog meat”.
Triều Đại Việt is a terrorist organization that has a democratic guise, due to conflicts of interests, uneven division among democrats, Ngo Hung insisted on separating the reactionary group led by Đào Minh Quân who founded an reactionary organization – Chính phủ quốc gia Việt Nam lâm thời (Provisional national government of Vietnam). This group has been listed as a terrorist group by the Vietnamese authorities.
The “Provisional National Government of Vietnam” was established in the US in 1991 by Dao Minh Quan (former Lieutenant of the former US-baked Saigon army) with the support of other military officers and officials of the former US-backed Saigon government.
Dao Minh Quan (Dao Van) is a Vietnamese American in Santa Ana, California, the USA. Quan was born on July 27, 1952 in Vietnam’s central province of Thua Thien-Hue. He recently proclaimed himself the “Prime Minister” of the so-called “Provisional National Government of Vietnam.”
His followers include:
Quach The Hung, born on April 1, 1948 and residing at 5386 Somerset St, Los Angeles, California 90032, the USA;
Kelly Trieu (Trieu Thanh Hoa), a US citizen born in 1968;
Pham Lisa (Pham Anh Dao), born in 1979 and residing at 614 Progressive Way, Denmark, South California 29042, the US. 
Under the instruction of leaders of the Provisional National Government of Vietnam, other members living in Vietnam used petrol-bombs and destroyed 320 vehicles stored in a warehouse of the Bien Hoa Municipal Police in the southern province of Dong Nai on April 8, 2017.They also planted petrol bombs at the parking lot and the entrance gate of the international terminal of Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City on April 22, 2017. They also planned to cause explosions at headquarters of several public agencies and factories. However, their plans were detected and successfully stopped by Vietnamese security forces.
Triều Đại Việt was at first a branch of the Provisional National Government of Vietnam with several underground agents of the group. For the purpose of sabotage, unsafe order, Ngo Hung and his colleagues outlined a plan to use violence to rob the government, use money to bribe, and entice light-hearted people to believe in activities to gain supports. This is also a way to find funding sources - the way of the reactionaries of the reactionaries is democratic.
Vietnamese police has arrested seven more people belonging to the group for attempting to overthrow the ruling Communist party. The official news agency reported that “Trieu Dai Viet” was behind a bombing of a police station in Ho Chi Minh City in June 2018. The incident, in which two small explosive devices were detonated, injured three people.
Canada-based Trieu Dai Viet, with a motto to “fire all”, “kill all”, “destroy all”, “steal all”, also planned to bomb houses of some local provincial officials but were stopped by police.
Ngô Hùng or Ngô Văn Hoàng Hùng, founder of Trieu Dai Viet, was given a life sentence in Vietnam in 1979 but fled to Canada and never returned to Vietnam. The group spreads their message through Facebook and Youtube, the report added.
In April 2017, competent agencies of Vietnam started legal proceedings and detained 15 members of the organization accused of “carrying out terrorist activities against the people’s government” in line with Article 84 of Vietnam’s 1999 Penal Code. In December 2017, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court held a trial on the case and sentenced the accused from 4-16 years in prison.
For its plots and activities against the State and people of Vietnam, the “Provisional National Government of Vietnam” and now Triều Đại Việt have been listed as a terrorist organization. Anyone, who is involved in conducting propaganda in support of the organization and mobilizing others to join it, supporting or receiving finance from the organization, taking part in the organization’s training courses, and carrying operations under the instructions of the organization, will commit the crimes of “terrorism” or “terrorism financing” and will be handled under Vietnam’s laws./.

Why this group like Trieu Dai Viet and Chinh phu quoc gia Viet Nam lam thoi could exist. I don't understand that U.S. supports them.
