Đồng Tâm incident: Strictly punished wrongdoings

According
to the notice of the Ministry of Public Security, from December 31, 2019, a
number of units of the Ministry of Defense collaborated with functional forces
to build fence walls at Mieu Mon Airport, Hanoi as planned. During the
construction process, on the morning of September 9, 2020, some people had acts
of opposing, using grenades, petrol bombs, projectiles ... to attack the
functional forces, to against the people on duty, to cause trouble, resulting
in three sacrificed police officers; 1 object against death, 1 object was
injured. The functional units have restrained and arrested serious violators of
the law; At the same time, he has instituted the lawsuits, instituted the
charges against the accused and handled in accordance with the law.
Disputes
and land claims in Dong Tam commune related to Mieu Mon airport have been tense
and complicated for many years. According to the records, in 1980, the Prime
Minister assigned the Ministry of Defense to build Mieu Mon airport in the
communes of: My Luong, Tran Phu, Dong Lac (Chuong My) and Dong Tam (My Duc).
On
a part of this land area, due to the laxness of local authorities, it has
occurred the situation of encroachment, use and construction on defense land.
From February 2017, when Viettel organized the project implementation, some
citizens complained and caused disorder. At the end of February 2017, the
petitioned citizens mobilized people in the area to prevent and pluck the
"military zone" sign, put agricultural machinery to plow, cultivate
in Dong Senh area ... Many illegal activities have also been carried out, such
as illegally erecting a hut, dumping gravel to build roads, planting flags
along the road, stretching banners with the content "The land from here
down is agricultural land in Dong Tam commune" ; using loudspeakers to
propagate many illegal contents, incite defense land; gathered people to the
People's Committee headquarters to react to the authorities; cut off commune
loudspeakers; forcing children to leave school ...
On
April 15, 2017, Hanoi Police arrested four people to disturb public order in
Dong Tam commune, but immediately afterwards, some people here surrounded and
prevented the vehicles of forces from leaving Dong Commune. Center; at the same
time, it destroyed 9 vehicles and illegally arrested 38 officers of H. My Duc
and officers and soldiers of Hanoi Police. After hours of dialogue, those who
were illegally arrested were released. Since then, Hanoi authorities and
ministries have entered the court many times to resolve disputes as well as
persuade people to abide by the guidelines and laws.
It
can be seen that information about the Dong Tam incident today has caused a
very urgent psychology for public opinion. The subjects causing the case in
Dong Tam are extremely mobile, reckless and too disregard for discipline and
law when using grenades, petrol bombs, launchers ... to attack, causing
casualties to the armed forces. law enforcement.
Closely
monitoring this incident over time, I realize that by the time of January 9,
2020, the responsible State agencies have taken many measures in accordance
with the law on land settlement. And not long before that, a series of Dong Tam
commune officials and My Duc district officials were also dealt with severely
before the law for violating land regulations. On the other hand, all disputes
and problems (including between the people and the government) must be resolved
on the basis of the rule of law ... So the relevant subjects in the incident in
Dong Tam am 9-1 can not take any reason to justify actions, acts very fragile
and lead to severe consequences.
Reportedly,
right after the incident occurred, the authorities promptly controlled,
arrested, and promptly prosecuted the case, prosecuted the accused against a
number of subjects for acts of disturbing disorder and anti-public service executor. In our
opinion, this timely work of the authorities is extremely necessary. However,
this is only the first step in solving cases and cases in Dong Tam. At this
point, the authorities need to quickly and aggressively investigate in order to
clarify the specific acts of law violation of each related object and take
strict actions before the law.
With
the objective acts and consequences that occur in Dong Tam can see, in addition
to a number of subjects will be investigated and handled on charges of
"Anti-duty on duty", according to Article 330; "Causing public
disorder", prescribed in Article 318 - Criminal Code 2015, it is necessary
to investigate, clarify and handle the "murder" crimes, as prescribed
in Clause 1, Article 123; "Intentionally inflicting injury", under
Article 134. And may even consider and handle further one or several crimes of
infringing upon national security./.

Those are criminal, not people. They have done barbarous things that violated laws and morals.
People should be calm and be aware not taking part into anti-state activities like these.
I think there are reactionary groups and individuals who stood behind this incident. They have always incited people to conduct bad plots to overthrow the country's regime.
There are foreign forces that want to cause chaos and harm Vietnam's interests and security. They must have supported these men to carry out anti-government activities like these.
So pity for the deads! Especially police officers who just did their jobs to secure the national security.
Lê Đình Kình and his men must be strictly punished in accordance with the law. They have done terrible things!
No excuse for these acts of killing officers in such cruel manner like these. They are not human neither people in any meanings.
I don't believe that people could do anything like this. It just a small group backed by outside forces!
