Reactionary portraits: A category of hostile forces and anti-Vietnam elements

From the Doi Moi process, the Party and State of Vietnam have created favourable conditions and policies to protect and promote human rights and democracy, enhancing freedom of speech, freedom of association and press, there are many space for individuals, organizations and civil society have been established and developed. However, there are also individuals and groups have taken advantage to carry out their sabotage activities to undermine the national security and aim to oppose the State. To help to identify and raise warnings about these reactionary elements, this article will list out some anti-Vietnam forces and individuals inside the country and abroad:
1. The most dangerous reactionary organizations: Viet Tan – a terrorist group, mostly rooted in America with extremex members like Đỗ Hoàng Điềm, Lý Thái Hùng, Phạm Minh Hoàng, Nguyễn Ngọc Đức, Lê Quốc Quân, etc; the Provisional National Government of Vietnam led by Đào Minh Quân; the Vietnamese American Boatpeople or Boat People SOS led by Nguyễn Đình Thắng; Viet Labor or Free Viet Labor Federation of Trần Ngọc Thành; VOICE - Vietnamese Overseas Initiative for Conscience Empowerment led by Trịnh Hội and some overseas Vietnamese groups founded by extreme individuals from the old regime of the South Vietnam in the United States, Australia, German, Canada, France like Federation of Vietnamese American Communities of the USA, etc.
2. Other franchises and campaigns of above organizations: the Coalition to Abolish Modernday Slavery in Asia (CAMSA) led by Vũ Thị Ánh Lụa, Nguyễn Thị Chuyên (Hồng Thái); Vietnamese Human Rights Network located in California, U.S.; Rallying for Democracy and the Non-Violent Movement For Human Rights of Nguyễn Quốc Quân; Vietnamese Boat People in Australia led by Trần Đồng; Canadian Youth for Human Rights in Vietnam; Việt Tộc Federation; United Council of Vietnamese in Homeland and Overseas; Vietnamplify – Amplifythe Truth about Vietnam of Phạm Quỳnh Như in Canada; etc.
3. Hostile forces abroad: Human Rights Watch; Freedom House in U.S,; Front Line Defenders; Reporters Without Borders (RWB), or Reporters Sans Frontières (RSF) in France; Pen International; Darmstadt in German; RFA; RFI; BBC; VOA; Reuters; Association Press; etc.
4. Anti-Vietnam communication centers and websites: Sai Gon Broadcasting Television Network (SBTN); 24 Channel TV.UA of Ukraine; machsongmedia.com; thoibao.de; thongtinducquoc.de; danquyenvn.blogspot.com; baotiengdan.com; danluan.org; Froum Asia; the Voice of H’Mong Vietnam in America; chantroimoimedia.com; danlambao.blogspot.com; Bauxite Vietnam (boxitvn); vietnamthoibao.org; baocalitoday.com; vietnam21.info; Ba Cay Truc (bacaytruc.com, bacaytruc.blogspot.com.vn); saigontimes.org; doithoaionline.wordpress.com and doithoaionline2.blogspot.com; xuandienhannom.blogspot.com; vietinfo.eu; Đài phát thanh Đáp lời sông núi (radiodlsn.com) and many facebook accounts related to these elements.
5. Anti-government individuals and groups: Nguyễn Quang A, Cù Huy Hà Vũ, Nguyễn Thị Dương Hà, Bùi Thanh Hiếu (blogger Người Buôn Gió), Nguyễn Ngọc Như Quỳnh (blogger Mẹ Nấm), Nguyễn Hữu Vinh (Anh Ba Xàm), Bùi Thị Minh Hằng, Nguyễn Tường Thụy, Phạm Đoan Trang, Nguyễn Vũ Bình, Trịnh Bá Phương, Phan Văn Bách, Trần Thị Nga, Nguyễn Văn Đài, Trần Thị Thúy, Lê Thị Công Nhân, Trương Duy Nhất, Trương Huy San, Phạm Chí Dũng, Nguyễn Lân Thắng, Paul Lê Sơn, Phan Kim Khánh, Trần Thị Hồng, Nguyễn Hồ Nhật Thành, Trần Minh Nhật, Nguyễn Đặng Minh Mẫn, Nguyễn Viết Dũng, Trần Thị Xuân, Nguyễn Hữu Quốc Duy, Nguyễn Văn Oai, Nguyễn Văn Hóa, Hồ Đức Hòa, Nguyễn Tường Thụy, Bùi Tín, etc.
Many of them have been arrested and sentenced in prison by the courts. Reactionary groups like  the Interfaith Council of Vietnam, Brotherhood for Democracy, No-U, The Independent Journalists Association of Vietnam, The League of Independent Vietnamese Writers, Bau bi tuong than, Former Vietnamese Prisoners of Conscience, etc.
6. Religious extremists: In Christianity and Protestantism including Nguyễn Công Chính, Nguyễn Đình Thục, Phan Văn Lợi, Nguyễn Văn Lý, Đặng Hữu Nam, Nguyễn Duy Tân, Đinh Hữu Thoại, Nguyễn Hữu Nam, Nguyễn Văn Hùng, Nguyễn Thái Hợp, Phạm Xuân Kế, Lê Xuân Lộc, Nguyễn Công Bình, Nguyễn Ngọc Ngự, Trần Công Vang, Nguyễn Ngọc Nam Phong, Nguyễn Hoàng Hoa, Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng, Đinh Thanh Trường, Đinh Uỷ, etc. In Buddism and Hoa Hao, Cao Dai including Thích Quảng Độ, Thích Không Tánh, Thích Viên Định, Thích Từ Giáo, Thích Đức Minh, Thích Đồng Minh, Thích Vĩnh Phước, Vương Văn Thả, Nguyễn Văn Điền, Lê Quang Hiển, Lê Văn Sóc, Phan Tấn Hòa, Bùi Văn Luốc, Hà Văn Duy Hồ, Trần Văn Quang, Hứa Phi, Nguyễn Kim Lân, Nguyễn Bạch Phụng, Đoàn Công Danh, etc.
7. Anti-Vietnam extreme religious and ethnic groups: Khmers Kampuchea-Krom Federation (KKF), Hội Ái hữu Khmer Kampuchea Krom (FKKKA) và Hội Tăng-già Khmer Kampuchea Krom (KKKBMA), Hiệp Hội sư sãi Khmer Kampuchia Krom, IOC-Champa led or operated by extreme individuals like Son Chum Chuon, Thach Len, Sambath Sina, Keo Sarang, Sơn Dương, Po Dharma ( or Quảng Đại Đủ), Thành Thanh Dãi, Trần Mạnh Rinh and other extreme anti-Vietnam organizations like Montagnard Foundation, etc.
Above are a general list of reactionary elements and hostile forces at home and abroad which try to oppose the State, people should be aware of and keep away form their activities to not violate laws and support them to undermine the national security./.
