Opening the Week of “Ethnic unity - Vietnam Cultural Heritage” in 2015

the November 15 evening, the week of “Ethnic unity - Vietnam Cultural
Heritage" was opened at Village of Vietnamese Culture and Tourism (Dong
Mo, Son Tay, Hanoi). With the theme "Constant belief", the art
program has continued and spread the unique value of 54 ethnic groups and
promoted the lively spirit of national solidarity bloc of our nation.
The
week of “ Ethnic unity - Vietnam Cultural Heritage” was an activity held in
commemoration of 85 years of traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (October
18, 1930 - 2015) and welcome the Day of Vietnam Cultural Heritage (November 23rd)
as practical activities to welcome the 12th Congress of Communist
Party.
Speaking
at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thien Nhan, member of the Politburo, Central
Committee Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front emphasized that through many
historical periods of construction and protecting the national, compatriots of various Vietnamese ethnic origins always unite together to overcome these challenges, hardships to write
the history. 85 years ago with the Party and Uncle Ho's leadership as well as
the contribution of the Vietnam Fatherland Front through periods, patriotic
traditions and solidarity of the nation is increasingly strengthened, promoted
and become a cultural value of the nation along with the values of national
culture as the great strength, the sense of self-reliance to create beauty and
human bravery of Vietnam. It is also the valuable cultural heritage transmitted
preserved and promoted by generations.
Mr.
Nguyen Thien Nhan also expressed confidence and hope that the people throughout
the country, our compatriots living abroad will continue inspiring and
promoting national pride to strengthen and consolidate united bloc. We are all consensus
to take opportunity, overcome the challenge for the goal of “prosperous people,
strong country, democracy, fair and civilization”
