Beware of fake websites under the cover of Vietnamese leaders

Recently, many websites under the cover of the leaders of the
Party, State, Government, National
Assembly and a number of ministries and agencies
appear on internet... We do not know
how true they are
but looking at the information in that websites that we find very suspicious.
However we have enough
foundations for our anxiety. In implementing
the strategy of “peaceful evolution” to oppose to Vietnam’s
revolutionary, the hostile forces
and other enemies do not
unlearn any conspiracy and trickary. They attack
us in every way, every field
such as culture, ideology as their fields of special
interest.
Many sophisticated wicked and dangerous modalities are applied by them and they more or less effectively
cause us difficulties or certain complexities. One of the tactics that they make fake

Party and State, leader of
ministries, sectors and localities
or the social prestige
in society whereby they launch misinformation, sowing doubts in the
society, especially before sensitive
issues.
In order to build trust on these websites,
sometime there are occasional
articles, the correct
information but most of them distort
the truth, provoking internal divisions, and sow doub ... But the skill in the articles on this website that they
do not say face
to face but orient public opinion in quibbling style for judgement of public opinion itself. Their methods of
antiestablishment to Vietnam
are very intricate and perseverance.
In the same article, most of
the information is correct and alternating with a couple of misinformation
that can make the
readers believe it and so is considered a success.
Their attemption is
“continous rains will penetrate deeply”. If the
reader have not conscious thoughts, we will be led to distortions and misconduct.
Anyone can know that historical truth and
trust of the people do not easily influenced or swayed but in order to prevent
and combat to the conspiracy and
trickary mentioned above, if we only focus on the
investigating, clarifying or treat
strictly the websites contain information against the
Party and the State, it is
not enough. The basic and long-term
measure is to regularly promote information dissemination
to all citizens before the conspiracy, trickary,
tactics subtlety by hostile forces. Perceptions of
political correctness and healthy tastes are the basis for people to receive, process information correctly on the internet,
avoiding on trap of them.

Therefore, most states pay a special attention to guaranteeing people’s freedom of the press. However, due to different approaches and conception of each concrete political institution, the connotations of freedom of speech and freedom of the press are interpreted differently.
Nonetheless, the abnormality is that several hostile forces have exploited that reality to serve their political motives aimed at sabotaging nations out of their “orbit.”
Based on the power of media, rapid dissemination and far-reaching influence of information in newspapers, press freedom has long become one of the issues the hostile forces regularly exploit to implement the “peaceful evolution” strategy aimed at undermining the values of socialism and abolishing the leading role of communist parties, including the Communist Party of Vietnam.
The hostile and reactionary forces took advantage of the cover of “press freedom” to sabotage and their plot was successful.
As far as Vietnam is concerned, the cover of “press freedom” the hostile forces employ to sabotage is no longer new but still extremely dangerous.
Their usual tricks are to distort, fabricate and falsely accuse our Party and State of violating human rights, inciting western-style press freedom and appealing for publishing “private newspapers,” etc.
Their fundamental goal is to deny the nature and to abolish socialism, the Party’s leadership and the State’s governance.
Their methods focus not only on internal dissemination but uploading to the internet or printing in foreign countries before secretly bringing in Vietnam.
Their approach is extremely sophisticated, methodical and dangerous.
No matter what approach they employ, they cannot deny Vietnam’s achievements and progress.
