The project aims to popularize human rights in order to raise the awareness of students, teachers and educational managers about the importance of human rights; respect for the dignity, rights and freedom of others; civil responsibilities and civic duties.
Accordingly, in the 2017-2020 period, for preschool, primary, secondary and high school, human rights education programs will be piloted in three provinces of three regions, with two schools per grade level. For higher education and vocational training system, three institutions of every major group will test the plan. By 2025, 100% of educational establishments in the national educational system will teach human rights.
