Phạm Thị Đoan Trang arrested for spreading anti-State propaganda
The Ministry of Public Security announced on
Wednesday that the Ministry’s forces and Ho Chi Minh City’s police arrested
Pham Thi Doan Trang and searched her house in Ward 10, District 3, Ho Chi Minh
City, for the act of propaganda against the State of the Socialist
Republic of Vietnam.
Hà Nội and HCM City police detained Phạm Thị Đoan
Trang in HCM City’s District 3 for allegedly spreading anti-State propaganda.
According to the Ministry of Public Security, Hà Nội
police launched criminal proceedings on October 7 against Trang, 42, whose
registered residence is in Đống Đa District, Hà Nội, for “anti-State
propaganda“ as prescribed in Article 88 of the Criminal Code 1999 and
“creating, storing, spreading and disseminating information, documents,
materials and items for the purpose of opposing the State of the Socialist
Republic of Việt Nam”, in line with the Article 117 of the Criminal Code 2015.
The Hà Nội People’s Procuracy has approved the
decision of Hà Nội police.
The case is under further investigation./.

She must be prosecuted for the act of propaganda against the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam under Article 88 of the 1999 Criminal Code.
This woman has done many bad things for the country's security like making, storing and distributing information, materials, and objects against the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam under Article 117 of the 2015 Criminal Code .
She will have much time to think about what she did now!
