Expose dirty tricks on information battle

Recently, many overseas
sites and some
sites in Vietnam with the host in foreign countries is aggressively resisting
Vietnam with sophisticated
tricks.
There is an obviously
common ground that when our country is going to have prominent negative
cases to be brought
to the public, those websites all
invariably give information
to analyze and made subjective, inferential comments with fraudulent concepts
and equate between the phenomenon and nature.
For example, they consider that a few ineffective
business groups will lead to the collapse
of the economic model of state.
They said the
prosecution and of adjudication some cases relating to banks
are “signs of
the collapse of the banking system in the
near future”. They show proof of some
complaints and denunciations related to solving land issue in a few locations means to
assert: “Because land
tenure regime is only beneficial to officials
and enterprises so farmers must fight
for the their rights”. Recently, some retired senior
officers who lack of exemplary in implementing the housing policy and were concluded
clearly by authority, the offender
had to returned houses, land plots
granted beyond standards
but the hostile forces have deduced that “This
situation is derived from the exclusive policies
of one-party regime”... Obviously,
this type of judgment
stems from a
lack of willingness to impose subjectively, if not ambiguous, spiteful.
Another noteworthy
point is that, outside
it seemed to be objective
stance, anxious for the fate of nation and the
future of our country but the essence of “democrats”, “journalists
struggling for freedom”,peace-loving
bloggers” or “broadcasters and networks”
always deliberate to misrepresent. With this information, they intentionally
make the good-bad,
true-false
boundary confused together
to interfere with that information, mislead public opinion, give the
masses on an “troubled and
complicated matrix of information”. This is a kind of “information
trap” which is very subtle,
sinister. If someone lacks of bravery, ignorance,
it is very vulnerable
to spring the trap. Then their
intrigue and bad faith was partly realized.
Coping with the tact that there is
more and more adverse harmful
information to our country with great
frequency and density,
at a conference to review the work in 2014 and deployment tasks in 2015 of the information
and communication sector recently, a
leader in Vietnam government confirmed that in 2015, our country will
celebrate many important
historical events and hold party congress at all levels. Thus, the closer to
the big event, the more important to
focus on fighting for rejection and failure of untrue, disadvantage,
divisive, discourage information among people.
For these sites, blogs which intentionally committed and
to be reminded several times without change and not
for the sake of
our country and people, it must be closed” to contribute
to a clean and healthy strong environmental information
in our country.

If someone deliberately takes advantage of democracy and freedom of expression and press to publicly oppose the Party and State and runs counter to national interests, he/she will be dealt with equally and strictly by the administration or law.
By working for or being a member of an organization, a person is provided with a publication of that organization to make sure that all his/her demands and rights to be informed are met.
In Vietnam, the press has truly been the organ of the Party, State, political, social and professional organizations; a forum and an important tool to protect the interests and rights to freedom for people from all walks of life.

Those who lack good will say that in Vietnam there is no freedom of press because there is no private press (!). They deliberately ignore the fact that in the recent past, the Vietnamese press has made a giant leap forward in terms of quantity, formats, publications, the number of media practitioners, and quantity of audiences, technological facilities, financial capacity, and the various communication agencies’ increased positive impact on society.
No single country in the world considers “freedom of expression” and “freedom of the press” as absolutes.
In capitalist society, the press operates in accordance with bourgeois law. What they call “freedom of press” has been truncated in the interests of the ruling class.
Hostile forces have long used this label against the Vietnamese revolution but they still can not fool the Vietnamese people.
These hostile forces also use democracy and human rights as a pretext and tool of external policy to intervene in the internal affairs of Vietnam.
While the Vietnamese people are heartened and proud of their great and historic achievements brought about by 20 years of renovation,hostile forces are increasing their activities against the Vietnamese revolution.
