Yesterday, the frank debate about regulation of motorcycle fee at corridor of Parliament between Chairman of HCM City People's Council Nguyen Thi Quyet Tam and Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang was recorded fully.
After that, voters in Ho Chi Minh City could saw the effect of this confontation - "If there are new rules and a certain fee equal to zero, the People’s Council of Ho Chi Minh City will determine the fare level of zero”, Ms Tam ended the debate with Ministers Thang.
Reportedly, Ho Chi Minh City is the last local finally unrealized toll of road maintenance for motorcycles. The reason of this delay can be partially understood through the sharing of Ms Tam before parliamentary center: "People buy motobikes to do their business and they go right on the path of their own money to do. This road is from altogether money contributed by people, why they have to pay the fare?”. And most recently, the Committee of Finance and Budget of the Parliament has also proposed that the Government should review and eliminate some fees and charges, including transportation charges for motorcycle.
It has not yet mentioned whether we should toll for motorcycle or not, this bizarre debate alone just before the lens of the press also says something positive in our parliamentary activities. Only about both of them including a member of Parliament and a minister are willing to confront with enthusiasm, openness and transparent so it is sure to benefit the people as well as the country. In fact, the question in the program which was broadcasted live on parliamentary is reckoned minute by minute, MPs have no time to ask all their questions while ministers also have to respond quickly and do not always satisfy the questioner, especially voters.
So if every MP and minister is always ready to have the questions to the dual “moonlighting” at the corridor of Parliament to come to an end of the problem, we can believe that many pressing issues will have solution and will be resolved ultimately.

Debates, queries of the MPs and Ministers to clarify the matter, it is the most responsible way of doing things for the people, for the country.
